Adults First Visit

On your first visit to Rochester Family Dentistry, you will receive a thorough examination with Dr. Don. He will examine your teeth, gums, and mouth in a comprehensive manner. The examination will include an oral cancer screening, a periodontal disease evaluation, diagnostic intra-oral photos, any necessary digital x-rays, and study models (if needed). You will then have a private consultation where any necessary treatment will be discussed.

Before your first dental visit, please completely fill out the medical history form and list all your medications. The doctors will review your medical history and medications, then discuss any medical/dental issues at your new patient visit.
